With a separate entry from the main condo, it is a perfect fit for two couples traveling together who want a little privacy. This third bedroom has its own kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, and a patio area which overlooks the lush green jungle and magnificent sunsets. Take just a few steps up to the rooftop seating area for better views of the bay, the sunsets or star-gazing at night.
The main living area of the penthouse is quite roomy with a large built in couch facing the patio and ocean. There is a television with satellite channels, a DVD player and a stereo CD player with Ipod dock. A large dining table will seat six or up to eight. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with large refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner gas stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, quality pots & pans, knives, utensils, serve ware, dishes and glasses.
Snorkeling and diving are within easy access. Enter Half Moon Bay right off the beach to see turtles, stingrays, coral and a plethora of tropical fish. A short walk to the north will take you to the calm, clear water of Yal Ku Lagoon with its large variety of colorful fish. And a short walk to the south you will find Akumal Bay where seeing a turtle is just about guaranteed, along with squid, parrot fish and eagle rays.
