Overview
This is a second floor unit, on the north side of the building, offering incredible views and excellent privacy. The ocean view master bedroom has a pillowtop king bed, Smart TV, private bath, and air conditioning. The guest bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV, private bath and air conditioning.
The living room has built in ocean facing couches, a flat screen Smart TV. In the winter, the Caribbean breezes combined with the ceiling fans are usually enough to keep the condo cool and fresh. A/C is there should you need to use it. The living and dining areas are separated by a breakfast bar from the open kitchen which has a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven, several small appliances. The dining room table has seating for four.
The patio is large enough for the whole gang to hang out and soak in the wonderful view this vacation home has to offer.
This Condo is located on a beautiful Caribbean beach in the heart of Akumal, only a few steps from the three restaurants and bars, two of which are on the sandy white beach. The town of Akumal is about a twenty minute walk.
The town of Akumal is located just 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen where you will find a lively nightlife, a wide selection of restaurants and larger stores such as WalMart, Sam’s Club, Mega and Soriana. Also nearby are popular attractions such as the Mayan village at Coba, the ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, Zipline tours, golf and ATV jungle tours, to name just a few.
