Highly recommend booking with Andrew (Sol Maya). His communication is quick, clear, and professional. As a third party company, he has access to so many properties, even was able to book us one that wasn’t on his listings. His rates also seemed quite fair compared to other booking avenues of the same properties. Keep in mind as a third party company, he may not be informed immediately of changes to property listings. So if there are particular important factors about a listing for your stay, I recommend double checking with Andrew who will quickly find out what you need to know. Sol Maya also has resources/companies for transportation, groceries, and other vacation needs so don’t hesitate to ask. We stayed at Chac Hal Al #A103 in Puerto Aventuras – super quiet, very clean, comfy king bed and futon couch/fold down bed, marine entry and ocean/sunset views, many restaurants in close walking distance. Also stayed at Playa Caribe #5 in Half Moon Bay Akumal – beautiful clean spacious unit with great balcony and gorgeous ocean view, no w/d, some chair moving screeches and doors slamming from neighboring units but overall quiet, comfy beds, rocky beach/shoreline, a few great restaurants in close walking distance, on-site concierge/security/room cleaning services. Recommend both units, both condo buildings, both safe communities, and booking with Sol Maya.
