Overview

Playa Blanca #1 is a charming beachfront Condo located on Half Moon Bay, Akumal. This vacation home radiates Caribbean charm with brightly colored walls, handmade Mexican decorations and beautiful woodwork. Its ground floor location is perfect for friends and families who enjoy the ease of coming and going to the beach area.

The central living area includes a large living room with 2 built in couches, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen off to the side. The patio extends out to the beach from the front of the condo. There is a spectacular ocean view from the living area, dining room and kitchen.

The kitchen has a four burner stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, sufficient utensils and cookware for 8 people. A curved breakfast bar dividing the living area has seating for four. In the living room, the built-in L shaped couch faces the ocean and it can become two individual extra beds. The dining area has an oval wood table with seating for six.

The master bedroom is located directly behind the living area and is divided by a large wooden folding screen door that can be closed for privacy or opened for ocean view. There is a large ensuite bathroom, also with a folding screen door in the shower with ocean views. Plenty of closet space and air conditioning complete the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. There is a garden facing window letting breezes and late afternoon sunshine in. This bedroom is ideal for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children in the same room or as a kids room. This room is also air conditioned.

Surround yourself by comfort and natural beauty in this beachfront condo. Take a nap in the terrace hammock caressed by the Caribbean soft breezes. Fire up the BBQ grill and make feast. You can do it all at Playa Blanca #1.

This Condo is located on a beautiful Caribbean beach in the heart of Akumal, only a few steps from the three restaurants and bars, two of which are on the sandy white beach. The town of Akumal is about a twenty minute walk.

The town of Akumal is located just 30 minutes south of Playa del Carmen where you will find a lively nightlife, a wide selection of restaurants and larger stores such as WalMart, Sam’s Club, Mega and Soriana. Also nearby are popular attractions such as the Mayan village at Coba, the ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, Zipline tours, golf and ATV jungle tours, to name just a few.
