All condominiums in the Xaman Ha complex have ocean views. There is a large pool, and swim-up bar. The complex is located just inside the gated Playacar Phase 1 community. It is a 5 minute walk to get to the south side of 5th Avenue. It is located just south of the new Playacar Palace Hotel.

Simply wonderful! Two perfect words to describe a perfect condo.
This three bedroom, three bath condo has two beautiful terraces with outstanding views of the ocean, a giant pool, and is all within the famous Xaman Ha complex. The two story penthouse has a full kitchen and elegant dining area, perfect for enjoying a meal or two al fresco on the patio. The living room, right on the ocean side of the condo is beautifully furnished and has a fold-down futon for extra sleeping arrangements.
The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed, TV, its own private bath and its own private oceanfront balcony. The upstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds, while the downstairs guest bedroom has a double bed. Together with the living room futon, the condo will comfortably sleep up to 8 people. Each guest bedroom has a television and its own bathroom. Our only three bathroom condo!
