Off the dining room and kitchen is the living area. Comfortable, practical, and well lit, the owners have thought of everything one might need, Satellite/Smart TV, two couches, 2 arm chairs, foot rests and a ceiling fan.
Off the living area is the terrace overlooking the pool. landscape grounds and partial ocean view. An extra shade awning provides respite from the afternoon sun, gas grill for BBQ, and dining area for four persons.
Both bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms. The Master has a King Bed, Satellite/Smart TV, partial ocean views air conditioning and closet space. The guest room is nicely shaded and stays cool. There are two Queen Beds, Satellite/Smart TV, and closet space.
