The indoor dining area has seating for six at a large glass top Tommy Bahama style table. The living area has a super comfortable couch and a 40 inch flat panel smart TV, a DVD player and satellite service. The living area opens to the ocean view double sized patio with gorgeous rattan furniture, 2 padded chaise loungers and a new Weber Q gas grill. Handmade hanging basket lights set a light glow in the evening.

The patio leads on to the master bedroom with a pillowtop King Bed and top of the line linens and pillows. There is plenty of closet space, a security safe and a 32 flat panel TV with satellite service. The ensuite bathroom has a full shower/tub and plush towels. The guest bedroom has two pillowtop Twin beds (can be a King upon request) and plenty of closet space as well.

This vacation home is perfect for two couples or a family of four to five. All rooms have ceiling fans and zone controlled air conditioning.

The landscaped grounds offer two very large pools and sandy beach on Fatima Bay. A five minute walk down the beach takes you into downtown Puerto Aventuras where you will find shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, an internet cafe, a Dolphin Discovery “swim with the Dolphins” center, dive shops, parasailing outfits and fishing boat charters. There is no need for a rental car if you plan to remain in Puerto for your stay. For trips outside of the town, taxis are easily found near the Omni Hotel. There is a Chedraui grocery store 1KM up the highway from the entrance to Puerto Aventuras.

The town of Puerto Aventuras is a gated community located just 15 minutes south of Playa del Carmen where you will find a lively nightlife, a wide selection of restaurants and larger stores such as WalMart, Sam’s Club, Mega and Soriana’s, the newest grocery store. Also nearby are popular attractions such as the Mayan village at Coba, the ruins of Tulum, Xel Ha, Xcaret, Zipline tours, golf and ATV jungle tours, to name just a few.
