About The Condo

Nahil #1 is located on the ground floor of a wonderful complex located on the northside of Half Moon Bay. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, plus a large, open floor plan, living/dining/ kitchen. Floor to ceiling glass sliders open up to a open living area overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea with both comfortable couches and dining for 6 guests. The sunsets are fabulous as the building faces south/southwest. The building also has a large palapa with wet bar for all guests to use.

Dining options within easy walking distance include beachfront La Lunita jungle Que Onda restaurants. Also an easy walk to natural aquarium that is Yalku Lagoon. Perfect for easy snorkeling. Akumal is a laid back beach community with ecologically minded locals, and calm bays which are the perfect home to a diversity of tropical marine life and endangered sea turtles. Akumal is just 20 minutes from Tulum and 40 minutes up to Playa del Carmen. Cancun International airport is about a 1 hour and 2o minute drive.

Guests may want to consider renting a car, golf cart or bicycles for easier access to Akumal proper, with many dining and shopping options. The walk is a bit far.

Half Moon Bay is a great jumping off point to do some external activities such as a Yucatan tour.
