We are an Ocean Front complex located in the heart of Downtown Playa del Carmen. Our amazing condo “Luna Encantada B1” is just Spectacular Beach Front Condo with direct access to Infiniti Pool and Beach.
The condo is located in ground floor with direct access to the infinity pool and beach area. It features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, electric panini griddle, custom-built wine rack and island bar with 3 stools. The dining area seats 8 at the table. Open layout with 10 – foot ceilings throughout; decorated in warm contemporary theme with creams, browns & oranges.

The Master Bedroom features a King bed with en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The Master window-doors have view to ocean and pool and open to the poolside terrace. The first Guest bedroom has two queen beds and an adjoining walk-in closet and full bathroom for convenience. And the second Guest Bedroom has a double bed.
There is no need for a car when you live here, as you have it all, you will be in the heart of Downtown Playa del Carmen.

Construction Notice: Playa del Carmen has quickly become a popular vacation hot spot and is experiencing a rapid growth to keep up with the demand for rental properties and real estate opportunities. In the street next to us they are building a new hotel. Construction usually occurs Monday to Saturday during work hours, and may cause some noise. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the various beaches and the other parts of Playa del Carmen and surrounding areas. For more suggestions do not hesitate to contact us.
All condominiums in the Luna Encantada complex have ocean views and deluxe finishes, with stone floors, granite countertops, central A/C, cable TV, full kitchen, balcony, washer/dryer. There is a pool. The complex is located on the ocean between Calle 4 and 6 in downtown Playa. Important note – The C and D buildings are right on the ocean with unobstructed views. All the “3” condos are penthouses with spectacular private roof decks.

All reservations will be charge of $200 USD per stay – Cleaning fee.
Regular Maid service is providing every third day. Excluding Sundays and Holidays. If your stay is 7 days or longer, housekeeping will change out your towels and linens once per week at no extra cost.
Extra cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee.
