The center condos have 1 Queen (master) + 2 Twins (guest room) which can be a King – REQUEST THIS WHEN RESERVING, and 2 couches.
The end units have 1 Queen (master) and a Queen plus 1 Twin (guest room)
Condo #9 has 3 Twins in the guest bedroom. These can be left as Twins or made up as a King and a Twin. Master bedroom has a Queen bed.
The penthouse has 1 King and 2 Twins (which can be combined to be a King). A crib is available, but guests must bring their own sheets. The condos each have 2 foam padded couches for extra guests; the penthouse has just one couch, which can only be slept on by a child 12 or under. There is a nightly fee for extra guests.
Main Description
Lol Ka’naab offers beach front condos that are centrally located in popular Half Moon Bay. The first three floors have 2 bedroom condos and the fourth floor has a spacious 2 bedroom penthouse. All units can be rented as either 1 or 2 bedroom units. The layout is the same as many of the other units offered by Sol Maya Rentals in Akumal. The guest bedrooms are on the garden side of the unit and the master bedrooms are in the front, facing into the living area/kitchen with louvered shutters that have an ocean view or can be closed for privacy.
The condominium interiors vary in style and decor reflecting the taste of the individual owners. All have full kitchens, living and dining areas, satellite TV, air conditioning, and open air terraces or patios. The tap water is safe to drink, as all units have filtered softened, purified water. Since this water is salty tasting, bottled water is also provided. Other amenities will vary, please check individual listings for specifics.
Relax by the private pool or in a terrace hammock, stroll the beach, snorkel or fire up the outdoor grill for dinner. There are shade palapas and loungers for guest use only surrounding the pool and along the beach front areas. Turtle nesting/hatching season runs from June through mid November. There are four restaurants within walking distance, two of which are on the beach. Bicycles and golf carts are available for rent. Maid service is daily. A crib may be available, guest needs to provide the sheets. The new roomy studio casita has a partial ocean view; please call for ‘studio only’ prices or reservations.
