Villa Nautica in Puerto Aventuras México, exudes luxury and comfort from the minute guests arrive. The villa features large spaces, a multi-level beachside pool, patio area, kayaks, a rooftop palapa with a wet bar, seating, amazing views and more.
Entering the villa you are greeted by a large open plan living area with vaulted ceilings and a dining area which both open directly to the outdoor covered terrace, patio and beach area. A spacious, fully equipped gourmet enables guests or private chefs to make full meals with ease and comfort. Off the kitchen to the bay side is a grill area on the terrace. All the room ocean views from the villa are just stunning.
Villa Nautica has four luxurious bedrooms. The Master Suite with a private bathroom; double vanity, double shower and walk in closet is located on the ground floor. From the master suite guests can walk out to a deck with a Jacuzzi tub.
Three guest bedrooms and a media area encompass the 2nd floor of the Villa. Guest Bedroom #1 has an ocean view and two queen size beds. Guest Bedroom #2 has an ocean view, two queen size beds and a private terrace. Guest Bedroom #3 has a garden view and two twin size beds (King upon request).
The media room has a large flat panel TV with satellite service. Chill out on soft furniture and watch some sports or a movie. Horizontal Caribbean Ocean views stretch the entire length of the living room below. From here stairs lead to the amazing roof deck with palapa, wet bar, full chaise loungers and seating area with cushions.
The villa Nautica staff is wonderful and you will feel truly pampered during your stay. Complimentary Mexican cook services for breakfast and lunch are included. Our dedicated concierge will greet you on arrival and be of assistance during your stay.
The village is a short walk down the sandy beach. With a number of restaurants, shops, activities and central marina, Puerto Aventuras Mexico has so much to offer. PA does have a golf course, but we prefer Bahia 20 minutes south. Safe for kids to be out on their own yet quiet enough for adults to relax.
