Located 1.5 blocks off the beach in Playacar Phase I, the rooftop living area is the star of this villa. Two pools (infinity and plunge), a giant built in U shaped couch, wet bar, BBQ grill and double sun beds entices guests to spend a lot of time here.

***Alta Vista can also be booked in conjunction with Casa Nikki  or Playacar Vista Estate for even larger groups. Casa Nikki is located just a 5 minute walk from Alta Vista and guests are welcome to dine and gather together at either of the villas, please enquire directly with a Maya Luxe Villa Specialist for these specific rates.
