About The Villa
Located 1.5 blocks off the beach in Playacar Phase I, the rooftop living area is Villa Alta Vista, Playa Del Carmen Villa. Two pools (infinity and plunge), a giant built in U shaped couch, wet bar, BBQ grill and double sun beds entices guests to spend a lot of time here.
Inside, the contemporary open floor plan is most inviting as well. Common areas are spectacular. The villa boasts a large kitchen that opens to giant living and dining areas, plenty of room for guests to spread out.
Eight gorgeous suites, and superb ocean views from the rooftop living area make this sumptuous private villa in Playacar a top-flight refuge steps away from the sand.
Alta Vista features eight suites, each with ensuite bathrooms, some with both showers and bathtubs. Five of those elegantly decorated bedrooms have king-size beds. The remainder of them consists of three queen-bed suites.
Villa Alta Vista is located in Playacar, Playa del Carmen’s most exclusive neighborhood. It is only a two-minute walk away from the beach and 12 minutes walking distance from Playa’s famous 5th Avenue, where you will find restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
