The Hacienda boasts 12 sumptuous suites with ensuite bathrooms that offer ample space for 26 guests. Every detail is carefully designed to enhance rest and rejuvenation, from the muted color scheme and luxurious bedding to private balconies with sliding doors.

The minimum rental is 5 suites (excluding holiday weeks Presidents, Semana Santa/Easter, Thanksgiving, please inquire for holiday week bookings). Xmas and New Year stays include all suites at the Hacienda rented.

Rates are based on 2 guests per room. Above 2 guests per room, please add $80 USD, plus taxes, per additional person per night.
Non-holiday stays have a 3-night minimum and arrivals may be any day of the week.

** Damage waiver for Haciendas : non-refundable damage waiver fee of US$300 per house per stay.
• Gourmet Chef Services are offered for Breakfast, Lunch, snack and Dinner. Meals and Beverages are additional.
• Butler/Bartender Services are included. If butler services are required after 9 pm charges apply, please inquire.
• With daily housekeeping, grounds keeping and concierge services.
• Check-in is 3pm. Check-out is 10 am. If you will require late check-out you may consider renting an additional night.
• Only our in-house chefs are permitted at the Haciendas.
• Under Puerto Aventuras bylaws music is permitted until 11pm.
• Holiday Season, Christmas and New Year, rate + taxes for the whole house, rate includes 2 guests per bedroom, VIP all inclusive (food, beverages, soft drinks and liquors.
*Certain exclusions apply), one round trip transportation from/to airport for a group of guests arriving/leaving at the same time. *Gourmet food not included (as foie gras, caviar, etc), top shelf alcohol, specialty drinks not included. These items may be purchased at additional cost.

Booking Payments Policies
To confirm your reservation, you must pay 50% of the total rental amount within 7 days of the booking request. In case, we do not receive the payment within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The balance of the total rental amount must be paid at least 65 (sixty-five) days prior arrival date.
The balance of the rental amount for holiday bookings must be paid before August 1st of the corresponding traveling year.
If the deposit or the balance of the total rental amount is not paid on time, the booking will be automatically canceled with no refund.
If the booking is requested less than 65 (sixty-five) days before arrival day, payment of the total rental amount must be paid in full within the next 7 (seven) days of the request. Booking Cancellation Policies.
Booking Cancellation Policies
The cancellation request received 65 (sixty-five) days prior to arrival day is subject to $ 200 USD cancellation fee and full refund of the balance.
The reservation becomes fully non-refundable 64 (sixty-four) days prior arrival day.
Kindly consider that Holiday bookings, early checkout and no-shows are non-refundable.
