Built on a completely private Mexican Caribbean beachfront, guests will receive 5 star treatment throughout their stay. Relax by the pool, poolside bar or the beach.

Cenote Del Mar aims to provide a five-star resort feeling from a private vacation villa: for this reason the villa is not available for self-catering as it is equipped with a professional kitchen and chef services.
A local grocery supplement charge applies for all meals, your booking agent will discuss this with you after booking.
Should you wish to opt for All-inclusive (our most popular option) a fee of $1,000 pesos a day will be charged by the host prior to arrival or at the property.

- An additional guest fee of $100 USD per guest per night for groups over 8, for children 12 – 18 years a $50 USD per child per night is applicable and children below 12 are free
- A food deposit of $1,000 USD for supplies, food and beverages is required minimum 7 days prior to arrival
- Menu’s are available, the villa staff will take care of purchasing the groceries with a 35% mark up on the total shopping bill

- No smoking inside the villa
- Small dogs are accepted with additional fees *Deposit of $500 USD and cleaning fee of $250 USD. The deposit is refundable if no damage occurs
- The villa is not available for self-catering as it is equipped with a professional kitchen.
