The open plan gourmet kitchen boasts the highest quality appliances and amenities, dining for 12. There are 6 suites in the main villa and a further suite located in the property. On the second floor you have a living area with satellite/smart TV.  The villa has excellent architectural components, beautiful woodwork, luxurious fabrics, granite, stonework and domed ceilings. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi is on the beach side deck area boarded by a super outdoor living area under a large handcrafted roof; comfortable sofas, bathroom, bar, kitchen with oven and grill and outdoor dining. The expansive beachfront palapa, complete with a bar, kitchen equipped with an oven and grill, indoor dining, and a cozy lounge area, is the highlight of Villa Sirenus. From there are the steps leading to the beach. Feel the soft white sand underfoot and take a dip in the majestic turquoise ocean. Here the swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding is beautiful.

Our full staff of butler/bartender, gourmet chef, concierge and house staff are on hand during your stay. Our chef can prepare international of local dishes, basically whatever guests would like. Our mixologist will surprise you with your favorites and experimental creations.

There is a large lawned area right on the beach. Weddings and events are considered – please inquire.

Close by to the Famous 5th Avenue, you have many restaurants, boutiques, cafes, bars and trendy nightlife.
