Casa Azanik features an open-concept design that frames its beachfront setting. The main living and dining areas open to a shaded oceanfront terrace, allowing natural light and sea breezes to flow through the space. A neutral, calming color palette, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors add to the villa’s serene, grounded ambiance.

Thefully equipped kitchenis ideal for light cooking or enjoying chef-prepared meals. An indoor dining table and adjacent outdoor dining area offer plenty of space for group meals.

All five bedrooms and the interior living room have zone controlled Air Conditioning. The kitchen and dining areas are naturally ventilated and cooled by ocean breezes.

Step outside to enjoy a beachfront heated pool with loungers, shaded beach beds, and a rooftop plunge pool with sweeping bay views. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are provided for guest use, and direct beach access makes snorkeling easy and inviting.

The rooftop area is perfect for sunbathing or enjoying sunset cocktails, while the shaded outdoor spaces offer comfort throughout the day.
