- A security deposit of $2,500 USD will be secured via credit card pre-authorization for all bookings. The pre-authorization hold will be released within 4 days after check-out, provided no damages have occurred and no outstanding charges remain
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 95 days before arrival or earlier, $200.00 administrative cancelation fee will be applied.
0% refundable if canceled after.
- Base rate is for 6 rooms up to 12 guests, after 12 guests 2 additional rooms are available, 2 guests per room at $75 USD per guest per night + taxes and fees. All 8 rooms are included for holiday bookings.
- Maximum capacity: 16 adults and 4 children
- Visitors Day passes are available at $75 USD per person, per day

- The beach directly in front of the villa is rocky and water shoes are recommended upon entering the water
- Please note the villa is accessed via an unpaved road, which may vary in condition depending on the season
