Villa Oceana has a full size and fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, food disposal, refrigerator, bottled water cooler, coffee pot, microwave, all the small appliances you will need and a marble breakfast bar with seating for 4. The spacious dining room has a beautiful glass top dining table with seating for 6. The spacious living room has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV/Smart TV.

This condo features marble floors, countertops and showers throughout. Each room has ceiling fans, individual A/C Thermostats to control the temperature in that room only and each bedroom has its own outside entrance. The 2 master bedrooms have 2 Queen beds in each, sliding glass doors to the terrace and a large sliding window as well. There is also a Safe to keep your valuables in.

All 3 bedrooms have full bathrooms with plenty of lighting, large mirrors and large tub/showers with crystal glass doors. The half bath off the foyer has a full size washer and dryer. All 3 bedrooms also have Satellite TV/Smart TV’s, alarm clocks, reading lamps, ceiling fans, closets, as well as plenty of drawers and cabinets for your personal items.

Bedroom 3 (Studio) has 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen size futon and it also has its own full bathroom, outside entrance, and 2 large sliding windows.

Villa Oceana’s location in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras, Mexico is a perfect spot for a wonderful vacation. The marina has many activities such as boating, sailing, fishing as well as organized Dolphin swims operated by Dolphin Discovery. The Marina area boasts numerous restaurants and boutique shops. Puerto Aventuras also has a nine hole golf course, soon to be eighteen that is both picturesque and challenging. Scuba diving is very popular here, and there are plenty of dive outfits to choose from. The reef protecting Fatima bay is an excellent spot for snorkeling with the kids, sea turtles and abundant marine life are plentiful. Day trips are a breeze from this location with Akumal and Tulum to the south and Playa del carmen and Cancun to the north.
