Bel-Ha is a 9,000 sq ft house with 7 terraces, a large living room, a fully equipped bar room, 4 very spacious suites, a studio, a kitchen, and two private palapas (one at the pool and another on the beach). The house is reached through a private road off of highway 307. In total, it has 6 different lounging areas for its guests to enjoy and is surrounded by large side and rear gardens which are illuminated at night for a beautiful experience. 

The house’s pool area leads the way to the beach where a private shade palapa, surrounded by palm trees and sea grapes, is located. During June and July, the protected species of Loggerhead sea turtles come to lay their eggs on the beach. October and November are hatching times, one of the coolest things one will ever see. 

A great effort is made to keep the gardens of Bel-Ha as impeccable as possible. Multiple species of tropical trees and plants, often visited by colorful birds, surround Bel-Ha. A Cenote, natural pool found throughout the Yucatan, separates the rear lawn from a beautiful line of jungle trees. Depending on the time of the year, swimming is possible in this private cenote. The villa is perfectly located for Golf,  day trips or adventures.
